Loaded Bagel Cheese Ball


1 garlic clove (pickled if possible)

2 tbsp minced red onion

4 oz smoked salmon

1 tbsp capers

8 oz Cream Cheese

4 oz Goat Cheese

1/2 tsp dry dill

1 tbsp fresh chives sliced

4 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning (salt free)

Salt & pepper to taste


In a food processor add first four ingredients and blend. Add in two cheese and blend. Fold in dill, chives, and 1 tbsp of the Bagel seasoning. Add in salt and pepper. Put mixed cheese into a sheet of plastic wrap to shape into a ball and chill in fridge for 10 minutes. In a bowl add remaining Bagel seasoning. Roll cheese ball in bowl to cover completely. Serve with bagel chips, pretzel chips, or pita chips.Â
